Corrugation Adhesives

Corrugation Adhesive offered by us for the semi-automatic plant is a fine, dry & off-white in appearance. Our Product is formulated for corrugated boxes with highest quality starch, which is treated and formulated by using different types of additives.

We also offer One Bag Mix (OBM) which is easy and quick to use, especially in situations where preparation facilities are limited.

Pasting Adhesives

Pasting Adhesive offered by us is made with superior quality starch which is treated with different catalyst in controlled environment. We offer 2 grades in pasting adhesive: Hot process pasting adhesive and Cold process pasting adhesive.

In Hot process, the powder has to be cooked in recommended ratio of water up to 75-80°C to prepare the adhesive.

Cold process pasting adhesive is prepared by adding alkali solution in the mixture of modified starch and cold water.

Our product range is large and can be customized according to customer needs.

Advantages

Excellent film forming ability.
The glue sets very fast and the board dries in less than half an hour.
Better penetration to form 100% fibre-tearing bonds.
The Hot process pasting adhesive has the pH value of less than 9 which ensures low moisture absorbance after production even in monsoon.
Since the Hot process pasting adhesive is neutral, there won’t be any flute/adhesive marks on box even on virgin or imported paper.
No foaming in pasting adhesive tray which speeds up the production.
Shelf life of the adhesive powder is 6 months.

The pot life of the glue is 72 hours with consistent viscosity.

Neutral Adhesives

Neutral Adhesive offered by us is thermally modified starch powder with different catalysts.

This glue is caustic free and has a pH between 7- 8 on the pH scale.

If your requirement is for low moisture levels at around 10% in board, even in monsoon, then our NEUTRAL gum is the perfect choice.

Neutral Adhesives offered by us comes in One Bag Mix (OBM) which is easy to use, especially where preparation facilities are limited.

Advantages

Adhesives designed for monsoon having neutral PH (Ph:7.8 on Ph. meter)
Even at highest humidity (90-95% RH) it ensures moisture between 9-11% in corrugated boards.
Provides excellent initial tack & 100% fibre tearing bonds.
Provides no flute marks on virgin and imported papers due to its neutral PH.
This adhesive helps to improve and increase compression strength and bursting strength in board since it doesn’t absorb moisture even in humid conditions.
We can run the glue at lower viscosity resulting in higher coverage.
The pot life of the glue is 72hours with stable viscosity.
The shelf life of the glue is 6 months.

Flute Laminator Adhesives

To increase the production with the best quality, Flute laminator is the best machine to setup for E, F, B Flutes boxes.

The starch adhesive offered by us is specially formulated for Flute Laminators.

Advantages

It provides excellent initial tack and gives high green bond strength.
The glue is rigid and strong and even economical compared to PVAC glues.

Paper Tube Adhesives

The Paper tube adhesive offered by us is a High Solid thermally treated modified starch.

In Hot Mix adhesive, the powder has to be cooked in recommended ratio of water up to 75-80°C to prepare the adhesive.

Cold Mix adhesive is prepared by adding alkali solution in the mixture of modified starch and cold water.

Paper Tubes/ Cores High solid content

Our dextrin adhesives can be used at the solid content of 35-45% during the tube winding production. This improves the strength of the paper tubes (even during winding) and shortens the drying time of the finished cores.

Increases the running speed of the tube winding machine

The solid content of the dextrin adhesives is high but the viscosity is lower which is around 50-70sec (B4cup) for application. This helps increase the running speed of the tube winding machine and increases productivity.
