EZDraw AL Series
Aluminum Drawing Oils
EZDraw AL series lubricants are uniquely formulated oils to be used for draw aluminum and aluminum alloys. They contain specialty lubricity additives, inhibitors, anti-wear additives and viscosity index improvers. These products are available in a range of viscosities to meet the demands of your particular process. EZDraw AL80 – Designed for drawing fine wire (less than 0.40 mm.) EZDraw AL250 – Designed for drawing intermediate sizes of wire (0.40 to 3.6 mm) EZDraw AL900 – For drawing rod and heavy intermediate wire (2.5 mm to 10.0 mm)
The EZDraw AL Series are used in their as received form. The largest volume of oil that is both practical and economical for each system is recommended to provide maximum cooling and settling time. Maintaining a maximum operating temperature of 110° F (40° C) is preferred. For the longest possible production life, a filtration system is recommended to maintain optimum performance.

2). EZDraw WV (Semi-Synthetic Weaving Lubricant)
EZDraw WV is a highly concentrated semi-synthetic fence weaving lubricant containing specialty lubricity additives, emulsifiers, inhibitors, and biocide. It is designed to offer optimum performance on all weaving machines and chain link wire specifications. EZDraw WV leaves your fabric and machines clean. It also cleans off very easy with the use of EZDraw CL1.
3). EZDraw 99T
- EZDraw 99T can be used in a variety of applications, some of which include:
- Mechanically descaled high carbon breakdown
- Mechanically descaled low carbon wire for fence and welded mesh
- Precoated high carbon wire
- Precoated low carbon wire

EZ 58ML Wire Drawing Lubricant
Description:
EZ 58ML is a free flowing; calcium based dry powder drawing lubricant. It is a uniform tan, insoluble soap powder composed of special quality medium titer fats reacted with lime. The EZ 58ML is manufactured under controlled conditions that insure chemical uniformity and low moisture content.
Applications:
EZ 58ML can be used in a variety of applications, some of which include:
- Lime coated spring wire.
- Borax coated tire bead breakdown.
